Exchanges / Returns

York Furrier offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please inspect packages immediately upon receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return ship it in the original shipping box. All exchanges and returns must be unused, unworn, and with the original tags and labels intact.

Returns

Approved returns will be refunded minus the return shipping charges incurred by York Furrier. Returns financed with AFFIRM are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Business Days are Tuesday through Friday with the exception of weekday Holidays

  • To return an item purchased on the York Furrier website, within 3 calendar days of receiving your purchased order, you will need to email: sales@yorkfur.com to request an approval for return authorization (R/A).
  • With an approval of return (R/A), York Furrier will email you a return shipping label.
  • Upon receipt of the emailed return shipping label, within 3 business days, your return item must be insured for full value and shipped to: York, Inc. Attn: Returns 107 N. York Street Elmhurst, IL 60126

Please note: Refunds and exchanges will not be approved for any monogrammed items, any item that was special ordered, or made-to-measurement.

Preparing Your Return

  • Package the item to be returned in the original shipping container provided. Include a copy of the original sales receipt. Be sure the item is neatly packaged and the box is securely sealed.
  • Print out the return shipping label provided in your return authorization email.
  • Remove old shipping labels from the package and affix the new shipping label to the securely closed package using clear packing tape.
  • Call UPS (United Parcel Service) at 1-800-PICK-UPS for a pick-up at your home or work location, or drop-off package at a UPS drop-off location.
  • Note that return shipping charges will be deducted from the return refund.

Refunds

  • Upon receiving your return shipped item, a member of the York Furrier Staff will inspect it.
  • After the York Furrier Staff member has determined that the received item is in the same condition as it was originally sent (unused, unworn, and with original tags and labels intact), York Furrier will issue a refund minus the return shipping charge.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used to make the original purchase.

Exchanges

To arrange for an item exchange, within 3 business days of receiving your order, contact York Furrier by email at: sales@yorkfur.com or call 630-832-2200 during business hours to discuss options with a member of the York Furrier Staff. Client is responsible for return shipping charges for exchanges. The newly selected exchange item will be charged as a new purchase, and upon receipt of the exchanged item, you will be credited for the original purchase price.
